What We Look For

True Land is looking for land or property that could be turned into new homes across Greater London, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and Hertfordshire.

We focus on sites that can deliver between 1 and 50 homes. We look at how the site could be improved with a new or updated planning application, whether that’s a fresh design, a redevelopment, or a better use of what’s already there. Our wider team also operates nationwide, so we may consider opportunities elsewhere if the site aligns with our criteria.
